Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology Department is seeking a CT Technologist to produce high-quality CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients. The role includes cross-training and working in a team with nurses, physicians, and therapists.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for external applicants and requires ARRT CT credential or one-year credentialing window, plus Ohio licensure and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures (biopsies, drain placements, tumor ablations).
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures and equipment to maintain comfort.
