Job summary

MetroHealth seeks a CT Technologist to produce high-quality CT images and assist with CT guided procedures within our Radiology Department in Ohio. The role requires patient coordination, education, and strong teamwork with nurses, physicians, and therapists.

Ideal candidates will have ARRT CT credential (or within one year), an Ohio radiographer license, and BLS certification. On-site role with a sign-on bonus for external applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assists with CT Guided Procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educates patients regarding procedures and equipment to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Works well independently and as part of the CT Team.
