Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist specialized in CT to perform diagnostic imaging across body regions, including contrast administration under Radiologist supervision. You will ensure exam accuracy, patient safety, and proper image labeling in the radiology information system.

Required are Wisconsin radiography licensure, ARRT RT registration, CT registration within 18 months, and BLS within 6 months. This is a full-time CT role within Advocate Health’s Wisconsin operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and basic radiation safety.
• Competent in IV and venipuncture (if required by facility).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills to work effectively with physicians, patients and other staff members.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment to perform basic and intermediate diagnostic procedures across multiple body regions.
• Obtains medical history and ensures exam accuracy against physician orders.
• Positions patient, selects scanning factors, and maintains radiation safety.
• Prepares/administrates contrast media under Radiologist direction and assists with scanning techniques.
• Post-processes images and labels them correctly in the RIS and billing system.
