Responsibilities

• Acts as patient advocate to ensure needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Ensures timely scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Provides patient education before, during, and after CT exams.
• Maintains positive relationships with patients, departments, physicians and staff.
• Reviews patient satisfaction data and participates in quality improvement.
