Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia seeks a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and support patient care. You will perform CT procedures per department guidelines, maintaining ALARA and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT certification, and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and capture quality diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and maintain ALARA dose.
• Disinfect, clean, and maintain rooms/equipment; report issues promptly.
• Obtain clinical history, verify orders, and use two patient identifiers.
• Explain procedures and prep to patients; address questions and reduce anxiety.
• Review images for diagnostic quality and finalize studies in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition and support life-support equipment as needed.
• Organize daily workflows and support department flow.
