Job summary

MetroHealth in the Cleveland area is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department. You will produce quality CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

The role requires graduates from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT CT credential or within one year, and Ohio radiographer license. Biweekly hours total 80, 4x10s, with days/evenings and weekend rotation; sign-on incentives available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT CT credential or within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in neuro, MSK, abdominothoracic and cardiac areas.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Educate patients regarding procedures and expectations to ensure comfort.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Operate CT equipment safely and communicate findings to radiologists.
