Job summary

Centinela Hospital Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a CT Technologist to join its award-winning team in Inglewood, CA. You will collaborate with the Radiology department to acquire high-quality CT images and assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

The role requires experience in radiology, familiarity with fluoroscopic equipment, and strong anatomy knowledge, with a focus on accurate image processing and timely PACS transmission.

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
• Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• CT ARRT Certification preferred.
• Must maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images.
• The CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

• 4. Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
• 5. Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• 6. Effective 07/01/2015, CT ARRT Certification is preferred.
• 7. Must maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• 8. Proficient computer skills.

Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time. The current compensation range for this role is $40.65 to $54.88. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
