Job summary

Encino Hospital Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to join our radiology team. You will collaborate with physicians and technologists to deliver high-quality CT images and support diagnostic procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include image processing and timely transmission to PACS, with emphasis on patient care, safety, and accuracy. Per diem schedule and on-site work in a modern radiology department.

Qualifications

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• ARRT-CT Certification is required.
• Radiology/ CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• Proficient computer skills.

• The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality images.
• Supports the Radiologist by assisting in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Responsibilities

The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images. The CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Radiology/ CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-CT Certification is required
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time. The current compensation range for this role is $39.00 to $67.54. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
