Job summary

West Anaheim Medical Center in Anaheim, CA is seeking a CT Technologist for per diem coverage. You will operate in collaboration with radiologists to produce diagnostic CT images and support image transmission to PACS.

Minimum one year of acute radiology experience, ARRT-CT certification, state license and fluoroscopy permit required. BCLS on hire; strong anatomy knowledge and computer skills essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic/Fluoroscopic equipment required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required.
• ARRT-CT Certification required.
• CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• BCLS (AHA) upon hire.

Responsibilities

The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images. The CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Radiology/ CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-CT Certification is required
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Pay Transparency

West Anaheim Medical Center offers competitive compensation and the current compensation range for this role is $55.10 to $55.10. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
