Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT examinations under radiologist supervision, delivering high-quality patient care across all age groups. You will work within established standards and support the team to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety.

Requirements include graduation from an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited training, and ARRT registration with BCLS certification at hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program is required.
• 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist is required.

Responsibilities

• Compute tomography (CT) examinations under the direct supervision of the Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to all age groups: neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric.

Responsibilities

Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program Required

Work Experience

• 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist Required

Licenses and Certifications

• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R) Upon Hire Required and
