Job summary

HTU in Shelton, CT is seeking a dynamic leader to drive client insurance solutions and guide a growing team. You will conduct initial interviews, explain policy options, and support community organizations as requested.

You will build a high-performing unit, establish KPI-focused processes, and ensure compliant handling of forms, payments, and claims while maintaining a competitive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Competitive drive with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Willingness to start within six weeks.
• Experience building or training a team is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range from USD $50,000 to USD $100,000 per year.
• Compensation is highly customizable and discussed directly with the onboarding manager.
