Job summary

HTU in Cincinnati is seeking a results-driven insurance team leader. You will conduct initial client interviews, clearly explain policy options, and perform field underwriting with integrity.

You will recruit and train a team of insurance professionals, ensure all forms are completed, arrange payments, and follow up on claims while supporting KPI goals.

The role offers a salary from USD 50,000 to USD 100,000 per year, with compensation discussed directly with the onboarding manager.

Qualifications
