Atrium Health Anson is seeking a Radiology/X-ray technologist to perform radiographic exams, document findings, and ensure patient safety. You will coordinate with Radiologists, prepare patients, and manage contrast administration per protocol.

The position requires ARRT certification, BLS, and adherence to radiation safety standards. Expect a 36-hour work week with full benefits in a busy clinical environment.

Qualifikationen

• ARRT radiology certification required or ARRT CT advanced registry within one year of hire.
• BLS certification is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of radiologic safety and patient care.

Aufgaben

• Examine requests and verify orders before performing exams, referring discrepancies to Radiologist.
• Identify patients, explain procedures, and prepare patients for exams.
• Review medical history and correlate results with test data and EMR notes.
• Perform exams from start to finish, including IV contrast administration as directed.
• Operate radiology systems, document procedures, and maintain equipment safety.
