Qualifications include ARRT registration, CPR certification, and the ability to work closely with physicians and nurses. On-site position with regular hours and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT registered or eligible to register within 12 months.
• CPR (BCLS) certification required.
• Certifications from other specialty areas preferred.
• Ability to maintain patient records and image data.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic/therapeutic radiologic procedures per regulations.
• Maintain readiness of emergency equipment and supplies.
• Ensure accurate patient records via data entry and archiving.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses and staff.
• Contribute to department quality and safety programs.
• Adhere to hospital policies and ongoing education.
• Provide patient education and consult health care personnel.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
