Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures, manage contrast administration, and ensure patient safety in a high-volume imaging department.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology, BLS, ARRT CT/Radiography credentials, and 1+ year radiology experience. A sign-on bonus is offered and opportunities for leadership support are available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology required.
• Current licenses/certifications: BLS within 30 days, Radiologic Technologist (Radiography), ARRT registrations, CT or CNMT as applicable.
• Minimum 1+ year radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures and invasive procedures per department protocols.
• Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast as appropriate.
• Screen for pregnancy and monitor for adverse reactions; ensure safety.
• Assist in instruction of students and new staff; maintain equipment and supplies.
• May perform duties of CT Lead or Imaging Coordinator when needed.
