Responsibilities

• Performs computed tomography procedures and related invasive tasks per department protocols.
• Administers IV contrast and oral/rectal contrast when appropriate; monitors for adverse reactions.
• Reviews patient history and labs to ensure correct exam and prepare multiplanar reformats/3D images.
• Ensures safety for patients, visitors and staff; assists in instruction of students and new staff.
