Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computerized axial tomography procedures and manage contrast administration in a patient-centered imaging department. The role requires ARRT CT, radiography, or CNMT certification options and 1+ year radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Certification and licensure requirements include BLS, ARRT radiography, CT, and CNMT/CNS options.
• Minimum 1+ year radiology experience.
• Ability to coordinate patient flow and perform multiple procedures with independent judgment.
• Professional demeanor and willingness to contribute to a safe imaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures and administer IV, oral, or rectal contrast per protocol.
• Review patient history and labs to ensure appropriate imaging.
• Document findings and coordinate with radiologists and PACS.
• Ensure patient, staff, and environment safety and respond to adverse reactions.
• May assist in education of students and new staff; may cover CT lead duties as needed.
