MetroHealth's Radiology Department in Ohio seeks a certified CT Technologist to perform CT imaging and assist with procedures for trauma, stroke, cancer and other patients. You will work with CT staff, nurses and physicians in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements include ARRT registry, Ohio radiographer license, and BLS. Cross-training and sign-on bonus are available, with a 4x10 hour shift schedule and biweekly 80 hours.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Aufgaben

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist CT Guided Procedures including biopsies, drain placements, tumor ablations.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examination.
• Schedule and coordinate inpatients and outpatients.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication.
