MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department in the Cleveland area. The role involves producing high-quality CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and coordinating patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

Candidates must be ARRT-registered, hold an Ohio radiographer license, and have BLS. The department values teamwork, accuracy, and compassionate patient care throughout a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• AHA BLS Certification or obtained within probationary period.

Responsabilités

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and calm under stress.
• Collaborate with CT team and other care providers.
