Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT technologist to perform routine and specialized CT exams, adapting procedures under a radiologist's direction. The role requires independent judgment, patient preparation, and strict adherence to safety and QA guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT CT certification and Radiography registration, BLS, and a valid Radiologic Technologist license, with willingness to relocate if needed. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required within 1 year
• ARRT Radiography (R) certification required
• BLS within 30 days of hire
• Radiologic Technologist license current or eligible for licensure

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations with independence under radiologist direction
• Maintain quality and safety standards per JCAHO guidelines
• Operate CT equipment, document exams and patient data accurately
• Prepare and position patients, ensure consent and contrast reactions are documented
• Support patient flow and timely reporting to physicians
