Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform routine and specialized CT examinations and adapt procedures under the direction of a radiologist. You will prepare patients for scans, maintain equipment knowledge, and ensure safety and accuracy across all CT procedures.

The role requires ARRT CT and Radiography registrations, BLS within 30 days, and state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (IEMA). Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification within 1 year is required.
• ARRT Radiography certification is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days is required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist – Radiography (IEMA) is required.
• Certificate of Completion in Radiologic Technology and an Associate’s Degree in a related field are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures and related radiology examinations.Deviate from routines as needed under radiologist direction.
• Demonstrate competency in CT imaging, equipment operation, and patient safety.
• Maintain QA/QC and ensure timely report delivery to physicians.
• Assist radiologist with procedures, sterile technique, and patient coordination.
• Ensure patient flow, proper data entry in HIS STAR Radiology system, and equipment safety.
