Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with CT certification to perform routine and specialized CT examinations and prepare patients under radiologist direction. You will adapt procedures to obtain diagnostic results, operate CT equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards across all ages.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, adherence to JCAHO safety goals, and timely reporting to physicians. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

ARRT CT certification within 1 year
BLS certification within 30 days
Licensed Radiologic Technologist or equivalent
Certificate of Completion in Radiologic Technology; Associate degree in related field

Responsibilities

Perform CT procedures accurately within guidelines and standards
Exhibit competency in CT radiographic and specialized procedures
Adapt procedures when patient condition requires or radiologist requests
Assist radiologist with invasive procedures, sterile setup, and labs
Maintain patient safety and report equipment issues promptly
Maintain clean work area and ensure timely film processing and reporting
