Job summary

The MetroHealth Medical Center in Parma, OH is seeking a CT Radiologic Technologist for night shifts (7p–7a). The role involves producing CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and coordinating patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

Biweekly hours are 60 with every-other-Sunday weekends. Qualifications include an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registration, ARRT CT credential within 1 year, Ohio Radiographer license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probation.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate patient care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examinations.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication.
• Work well independently and as part of the CT Team.
