Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Parma, OH is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join our CT team. The role involves producing quality CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and coordinating patient scheduling.

You must graduate from an accredited program, be ARRT certified, hold Ohio Radiographer license, and obtain BLS. Night shifts, 5x12hr schedule, biweekly hours 60, and a sign-on bonus for external applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT registered radiology technologist.
• AR RT CT credential or obtain within one year.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in various settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment and examination.
• Collaborate with radiologists and nursing staff during procedures.
