Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join our imaging team in Northeast Ohio. The role focuses on producing high-quality CT images, support for CT-guided procedures, and close collaboration with nurses, physicians, and other care staff to ensure optimal patient care.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, possess ARRT CT credentials (or obtain within a year), and hold an Ohio radiographer license with BLS

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the probationary period.
• Preferred: 1 year CT experience with ARRT CT certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist CT guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Schedule and coordinate CT for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination.
• Collaborate with CT staff, Nurses, Physicians and other care team members.
• Maintain safety standards and ARRT guidelines at all times.
