Job summary

Pardee UNC Health Care is seeking an Imaging Lead Technologist for the CT department. The role coordinates patient scheduling, daily work assignments, and provides expertise to imaging staff.

You will participate in budgeting, quality improvement, and training, while ensuring high-quality patient care and procedural efficiency. The position requires ARRT CT registration, a radiologic science degree, and at least two years of CT imaging experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Radiologic Science program.
• ARRT CT technologist registration required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical imaging experience.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy or anatomy training.
• Experience reading and interpreting complex radiology orders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and triage CT procedures based on priority and staff skills.
• Perform routine and complex diagnostic CT scans.
• Ensure smooth section operations and resource management.
• Lead training and development for imaging staff and students.
• Update imaging guidelines and disseminate protocol changes.
