Job summary

St. David's HealthCare is seeking a Lead CT Technologist to manage the CT Department’s daily operations, optimize equipment and staff utilization, and ensure clinical excellence and safety in CT imaging.

The role requires ARRT CT certification, an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology education, and BLS. Two years CT experience is preferred, with leadership responsibilities in a high-volume hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Required ARRT CT advanced certification
• Two years CT experience preferred
• ARRT Radiologic Technologists certification (RTR) and CT
• BLS required by policy

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CT Department operations and patient throughput.
• Direct and optimize utilization of CT equipment and staff resources.
• Ensure staff training and competency in CT procedures.
• Maintain quality control, performance improvement, and safety practices in accordance with ARRT and hospital policies.
