Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CPR Certification (BLS) required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cares for the patient throughout the treatment/procedure per department standards and patient-first guidelines.
• Prepares procedure rooms and verifies paperwork and physician orders.
• Assists technologists, nurses, or physicians during exams and procedures.
• Friendly patient escorting to and from waiting and changing areas; supports workflow in imaging.
• Monitors patient flow and coordinates with staff to minimize delays.
• Uses scheduling and imaging systems (Radnet, PACS) and maintains supplies in treatment rooms.
