Job summary

RFCUNY’s CSTEP program at Queensborough Community College seeks a highly organized Program Coordinator to support daily operations, student services, and reporting. The role requires coordinating records, events, and communications while ensuring compliance with NYSED requirements and college policies.

You will work closely with the CSTEP Director to manage multiple priorities, plan events, and engage with students, faculty, and external partners in diverse regional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and professional experience in higher education or student services.
• Experience maintaining student records, enrollment data, and reporting in accordance with NYSED requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support daily CSTEP operations, student services, communications, and administrative activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and tracking systems for program efficiency.
• Maintain confidential student records in compliance with institutional and NYSED rules.
• Represent QCC/CSTEP at regional meetings and assist with events and excursions.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners; support program planning.
