• Experience building or managing partnerships with external organizations or employers.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with data collection, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor students from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Industry partnerships to create internships, mentorships, workshops, and direct employment pathways.
• Student support and retention: mentorship bridge for diverse students; launch First Year Seminar; equity outreach; workshops.
