Job summary

Carolina Outreach, LLC is seeking a full-time CST Professional Team Lead to deliver community-based therapy and case management for adults with serious mental health challenges. This role aims to empower clients to function effectively in the community and reach personal goals.

The position requires a master’s degree, NC licensure, and at least two years of relevant experience. Expect a salaried role with clinical leadership responsibilities and opportunities for growth within the agency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Counseling or a related field.
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in North Carolina (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist).
• At least two years of experience with mental/behavioral health, writing person-centered plans, group therapy, and diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure service continuity and effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision as applicable by licensure.
