Job summary

ncgCARE is seeking a full-time Community Support Team (CST) Professional Team Lead to provide community-based therapy and case management for adults with serious mental health challenges in Supply, NC. The role emphasizes empowering clients, coordinating services, and maintaining high-quality clinical documentation.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, NC licensure, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Minimum two years of experience with mental/behavioral health and writing person-centered plans.
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in North Carolina (LCSW/LCSWA/LCMHC/LCMHCA/LMFT or Licensed Psychologist).
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans.
• Supervise and support staff as a team lead when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
