Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Counseling or a related field.
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in North Carolina (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Minimum two years of experience with mental/behavioral health, including writing person-centered plans and group therapy.
• General knowledge of the NC human services delivery system.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision if licensure level requires.
