Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have extensive cash handling experience.
• Ability to interact comfortably with the public.
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Able to use sound judgment in decision-making and problem solving.

• Deepen relationships and guide customers to meet their financial needs.
• Provide follow up to customer questions and address issues.

• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services offered and use tools for referrals.
• Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team and ensure efficient operation.
• Balance records in line with policy and correct outages as needed.
• Follow bank policies and stay updated on changes.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in decision making and problem resolution.
