Job summary

Animal Emergency Care in Gulf Breeze, FL is opening a new emergency veterinary hospital. We seek caring individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and as a Technician assistant who will help the medical staff in caring for our patients.

These are full-time roles with nights, weekends, holidays, and potential overnights. We offer competitive wages, continuing education allowance, scrub allowance, profit sharing, 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred not required.
• Ability to balance cash drawer and other payment types.
• Enter and maintain computerized complete accurate medical records.
• Ability to keep calm and professional in a high-stress environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Detail oriented, motivated and compassionate.
• Animal restraint (radiography, ultrasounds, medication administration, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.
• Availability nights, weekends, holidays and overnight potential.

Responsibilities
