Job summary

Air Flo Heating Co. is seeking a CSR/Scheduler to be the friendly voice for our customers in Sequim, WA. You will answer calls, schedule service, and keep tech routes organized, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced office where customer care is our priority. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or scheduling, strong communication, and comfort with learning new software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, scheduling, or office support experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• HVAC industry experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests
• Schedule appointments and coordinate technician routes
• Communicate schedule updates and appointment details
• Enter job information and maintain accurate records
• Support the office with administrative and customer follow-up tasks

CSR / Scheduler

Location: Sequim, WA Pay: $23-$28 hourly, depending on experience

Schedule: 40+ hours weekly | Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of customer service, scheduling, or office support experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment

• HVAC industry experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person
