The Gund Company is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a full-time, first-shift role at our Waukesha, WI facility. The position supports order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read production or shipping documents.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, customer portals, and international paperwork preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Order Fulfillment Process steps related to the preparation of shipments and related documentation to ensure the complete satisfaction of the customer’s requirements.
• Knowledge of various items in stock; ability to select appropriate type and size of container; using appropriate packing material to prevent breakage or damage; closing and sealing containers; applying labels or entering identifying data on container.

Shift: 1st (6:30am - 3:00pm M-F)

Wage: $20.60 - $22.66

Work Environment Shipping and Receiving Associate

• This role is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals.

• The position involves repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.


• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform manual tasks as required.
