The ideal candidate will leverage ERP skills, spreadsheet literacy, and business acumen to expand existing revenue streams and pursue new opportunities, with in-person work Monday through Friday.

Job description

Job Purpose: The three-pronged job is meant to prioritize customer responsiveness at Heale Mfg for PO's and RFQ's, enabling the Company to grow its revenues with existing and new customers.

Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service portion: Track customer orders, handle changes in delivery, develop pricing, resolve problems, and effectively communicate.

Estimating portion: Responsible for creating quotes from incoming customers' and prospects' inquiries by working with our vendors to obtain quotes on parts with best lead-time and best price.

Inside Sale portion: Find new business opportunities and help the company double in size in the next three years.

Become very proficient in using in-house ERP system (M1) for order tracking, quotation development, and vendor pricing requests.

Qualifications: Must have strong customer communication skills (written & verbal), solid math skills, attention to detail, understanding of pricing, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience Requirements: Prior customer service and inside sales responsibilities. Knowledge of quoting/costing process, Knowledge of wire harness industry production capabilities and processes. Experience with ERP software systems, Adobe.

Minimum Education Requirements: Associate degree in accounting, business, mathematics, electronics, or related fields.

Preferred Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, mathematics, electrical engineering, or related field.

Required Skills: Great customer facing communication skills. Highly skilled with Excel, MS Office 365, PowerPoint. Experience in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harnesses, or related components and fixtures.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (IN PERSON)
