Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2+ years of experience or HS diploma with 5 years of experience.
• Experience with customer service and order processing.
• Knowledge of invoicing and basic transportation documents.
• Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer contact via phone, email, portal, or other channels; provide updates and resolve questions.
• Act as liaison between terminals and customers for invoicing and credit changes.
• Provide pricing and delivery information; process orders.
• Oversee shipping/receiving paperwork and schedule inbound/outbound freight.
• Maintain records of interactions and fuel data into systems.
• Distribute information via portal and keep company records updated.
