Job summary

Mr. Rooter of Williamsburg is seeking a Customer Service Representative to uphold our service philosophy by providing exceptional customer service. You will handle incoming calls and schedule services to meet customer needs while demonstrating respect and courtesy.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and able to manage multiple situations effectively. With at least two years of admin experience, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude, you'll play a crucial role in our team.
