Soo Hipp Plumbing is seeking an experienced CSR/Dispatcher (Dispatcher-Heavy) to keep a busy plumbing team moving and customers happy. This in-office role supports scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing with a friendly, upbeat demeanor in a family-oriented shop.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in dispatching or CSR in the trades, hands-on experience with ServiceTitan or HouseCall Pro, and strong multitasking and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching or CSR experience in the trades (plumbing or HVAC).
• Experience using ServiceTitan or HouseCall Pro.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with excellent phone presence.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls with friendliness and professionalism.
• Book jobs using ServiceTitan or HouseCall Pro.
• Dispatch technicians based on skillset, schedule, location, and urgency.
• Manage the tech capacity board daily.
• Send appointment confirmations and follow-up messages.
• Take payments and assist with invoicing.
• Make outbound calls for memberships and maintenance reminders.
• Follow up on open estimates and pending approvals.
• Assist with customer recovery calls and review management.
• Contribute to a smooth, organized office workflow.

CSR / Dispatcher (Dispatcher-Heavy) – Full Time

Position Details

• Role: CSR / Dispatcher (majority dispatching)
• Schedule: Full-Time, 30–40 hours/week
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: In-office (not remote)

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
• Must be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, patient, coachable, and a natural problem solver
