Soo Hipp Plumbing and Drains is seeking an experienced CSR / Dispatcher to keep a busy plumbing team moving smoothly from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in-office in California. This role focuses on inbound calls, accurate job booking, and smart dispatching based on skill and urgency.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in trades dispatch/CSR, proficiency with ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, and a friendly, professional phone presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching or CSR experience in trades (plumbing or HVAC).
• Experience using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent phone presence and fast-paced adaptability.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Detail-oriented, good communicator, patient and coachable.

Position Details

• Role: CSR / Dispatcher (majority dispatching)
• Schedule: Full-Time, 30–40 hours/week
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:0 PM
• Location: In-office (not remote)

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls with friendliness and professionalism
• Book jobs accurately using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro
• Dispatch technicians based on skillset, schedule, location, and urgency
• Manage the tech capacity board daily
• Send appointment confirmations and follow-up messages
• Take payments and assist with invoicing
• Make outbound calls for memberships & maintenance reminders
• Follow up on open estimates and pending approvals
• Assist with customer recovery calls and review management
• Contribute to a smooth, organized office workflow

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching or CSR within the trades (plumbing or HVAC required)
• Experience using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone voice with a friendly, warm presence
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
• Must be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, patient, coachable, and a natural problem solver
