Job summary

Soo Hipp Plumbing is seeking a CSR/Dispatcher to keep our plumbing team moving and customers satisfied. This in-office, full-time role covers dispatching, scheduling, and customer communication in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

You will use ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, coordinate with technicians, handle payments and invoicing, and contribute to a supportive, family-oriented team as we grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching or CSR experience in trades (plumbing or HVAC).
• Experience using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone presence with a friendly, warm demeanor.
• Detail-oriented, patient and coachable; supports positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls with friendliness and professionalism.
• Book jobs accurately using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro.
• Dispatch technicians based on skillset, schedule, location, and urgency.
• Manage the tech capacity board daily.
• Send appointment confirmations and follow-up messages.
• Take payments and assist with invoicing.
• Make outbound calls for memberships & maintenance reminders.
• Follow up on open estimates and pending approvals.
• Assist with customer recovery calls and review management.
• Contribute to a smooth, organized office workflow.

CSR / Dispatcher (Dispatcher-Heavy) - Full Time

Position Details

• Role: CSR / Dispatcher (majority dispatching)
• Schedule: Full-Time, 30-40 hours/week
• Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: In-office (not remote)

What You'll Do
