Responsibilities

• Assist incoming callers with questions and inquiries related to Durable Medical Equipment.
• Answer questions regarding product usage and insurance coverage.
• Create and process sales orders while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Finalize orders and forward information to the billing team.
• Provide excellent service via phone, fax, and email.
