Job summary

Corner Home Medical is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare team in New Hope, MN. You will assist callers with questions about Durable Medical Equipment, product usage, and insurance coverage, while creating and processing sales orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We will train the right person; medical terminology or billing experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

This position may require:

Office / retail medical equipment branch setting.
