Lenovo in Morrisville, NC is seeking an experienced Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Sales Engineer to support Tier 2 CSP accounts across North America. This role combines deep data center and GPU‑based solutions knowledge with strong customer engagement and commercial execution.

Collaborate with CSP Account Executives to drive revenue, translate requirements into Lenovo architectures, and help prepare configurations, pricing, and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering/computer science.
• Minimum 1 year in data center/server/infrastructure presales or technical sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CSP Account Executives to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across Tier 2 CSP accounts
• Translate customer technical requirements into highlevel Lenovo architectures
• Prepare configurations and ensure technical readiness for pricing, quoting, and proposals
• Support customer engagements including technical discussions, evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities
• Act as a technical interface between customers and internal Lenovo teams to resolve escalations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, supply chain, and global product teams
• Evangelize Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions portfolio and influence customer technology strategies
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with CSP customers across multiple levels of seniority
