Tines is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals across a growing customer base. You will own onboarding, value conversations, and strategic reviews, acting as a trusted advisor to technical teams.

You will translate customer needs to product and engineering, coordinate with Sales and Support, assess risk, and help customers realize the full potential of the platform. This is a remote role based in Ireland, with opportunities to grow across IT and security

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management or customer success.
• Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT, etc.).
• Ability to uncover problems, identify opportunities, and translate requirements to internal teams.
• Knowledge of APIs and how they function.
• Knowledge of a second European language is an advantage.

• Lead a first-class onboarding experience and ensure use cases meet timelines.
• Translate customer needs to internal teams and provide product feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding and reviews to evaluate performance and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build account plans aligned to customer needs to increase platform usage.
• Identify risks to customers achieving goals and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Address issues impacting customers and guide cross-functional improvements.
• Develop and drive renewal plans and communicate value to stakeholders.
• Review dashboards, metrics, and use cases to assess customer health.
