Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager for the Central U.S. region, managing a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers. You will ensure maximum value from our AI-driven platform, drive retention and growth, and collaborate with the Sales team on expansions.

You will build strong relationships, conduct strategic reviews, and advocate for customer needs across product and support teams to improve adoption and satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic engagement skills.
• Proactive, data-driven approach to risk and renewal management.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers and drive retention.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews.
• Cultivate referenceable customers and upsell opportunities.
• Advocate for customer needs internally and relay feedback.
• Develop tailored success plans and mitigate churn risks.
• Collaborate with Sales to close expansion opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding and product adoption training.
• Track health metrics and maintain CRM records.
