Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Certification for Surgical Technology (NBSTSA) is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Positions patient to optimize exposure and maintains patient safety during procedures.
• Assists with visualization of the operative field and tissue handling.
• Assists with hemostasis, wound closure, and drainage systems as needed.
