• CST and CSFA certifications required.

• Active licensure/credentialing as required by Duke Health.

Responsibilities

• Support perioperative care across preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases.
• Provide first assistant services under surgeon direction during designated procedures.
• Assist in patient positioning, exposure, hemostasis, and wound closure.
• Maintain strict sterile technique and contribute to patient safety and outcomes.
